Alkyl Naphthalene Sulfonate Dispersant NK-327

NK-327 is an alkyl naphthalene sulfonate dispersant mainly used in water dispersible granules. It has good wetting and dispersing effect. It has large molecular weight, and the performance is outstanding compared with the ordinary naphthalene sulfonic acid. As a dispersant, it can be used alone, or used in conjunction with NK-318. The recommended dosage is 3-5%.

NK-327 is an alkyl naphthalene sulfonate dispersant mainly used in water dispersible granules. It has good wetting and dispersing effect. It has large molecular weight, and the performance is outstanding compared with the ordinary naphthalene sulfonic acid. As a dispersant, it can be used alone, or used in conjunction with NK-318. The recommended dosage is 3-5%.

Product Highlights

1. The product can be used in SC, WP and WDG. It can be used alone or in conjunction with carboxylates. It is a typical dispersant with high versatility and high suspending rate.

2. Compared with ordinary naphthalene sulfonate dispersant, it has higher purity, larger molecular weight and better performance. Especially in the formulation of technical materials with low melting point and high hydrophilicity, it can solve problems such as hot storage instability, low suspending rate, and difficult disintegration.

 

Packing, Storage and Transport

This product is packed in kraft paper-plastic composite bag, with net content of 20kg/bag. It shall be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry environment. Stored and transported as general chemicals.

Take 500g/L methanol SC for example, when using an ordinary dispersant, the surface of the preparation will crust, it is easy to get creamed under hot storage, but when using KY518, the preparation will not release water under hot storage and will keep stable when stored at room temperature, and the suspending rate will be increased significantly.

KY519 is a functional wetting dispersant modified from special polyether. The product is freely soluble in water and can be adapted to most SC formulations at 4-5% dosage.
